We proudly process our subscriptions and other financial transactions through leading third-party billing providers that incorporate the latest and most advanced encryption and security technology. Your privacy and the security of your personal financial information is of the utmost importance to us - to the point we never really know anything about it! Our billing providers interface with your credit card company, and we never see or store numbers, security codes, or any such information at our end.
While we can handle most all support related requests ourselves, you might occasionally want to reach out to the third-party billing provider who handled your transaction directly (such as for an inquiry or request that involves a card number or other sensitive information.
