Why can't I download videos?

We offer Unlimited Streaming (no Downloads included) subscriptions to all our websites to give users the most options at a wide range of price points. 

If you do not see a Download option when logged in to the members area, be sure you actually have a "Streaming + Downloads" subscription and not an "Unlimited Streaming" subscription that does not include Downloads.

If you're certain you have a Downloads-included subscription or the option to Download has suddenly disappeared, Log Out of the members area by actually clicking the Log Out button, and then Log In again.

Our websites run background processes that authenticate user accounts to check whether they should have Download permissions enabled.  Occasionally, this authentication process can expire when a user is idle (and even if you're unintentionally idle, such as when someone simply closes a browser window without actually logging out of the site or steps away from their computer for awhile and leaves a browser window logged in and open but is inactive for an extended period of time).  By logging out and then logging back in, the authentication process is re-triggered and your Download buttons should reappear.
